APMG pathologist and transfusion medicine specialist Dr. Thomas G. Hirose will present at the American Red Cross Fall 2014 Community Education Program in Long Beach, CA. His presentation will cover essential concepts in Practical Hemostasis and Thrombosis for the CLS Case Studies in Coagulation. The program will cover additional topics, including the California Blood Bank Society Disaster Response Plan, Transfusion-Related Acute Lung Injury (TRALI), Blood Group Systems and Transplant-Related Hematologic Concepts.
